Kempten, 17.04.2024 – Danish retail chain JYSK and cleantech company Numbat are entering into a partnership to expand the fast-charging infrastructure for electric cars in Germany.
On February 17, 2021, Numbat was founded. At this point, Max and Martin had only known each other for two years. Soon after, the idea of Numbat took off. It was a journey that reached a breathtaking pace and took the two founders to unexpected heights, some lows and through many unexpected curves. Now, three years later, Numbat has gained numerous location partners, planned hundreds of new systems and has grown to over 130 employees – an ideal time to pause for a moment and look back.
Sana Clinics has partnered with cleantech company Numbat to build a fast-charging infrastructure for electric cars. With more patients, visitors and employees driving to the hospital in electric vehicles, Sana Kliniken is expanding its fast-charging infrastructure
Successful completion of a financing round with PATRIZIA and a German banking syndicate enables Numbat to install thousands of new fast charging points for Germany’s fast-growing e-mobility infrastructure. Financing round with PATRIZIA and additional lenders, enables Numbat to conduct investments of over one EUR billion to accelerate the transformation of Germany’s e-mobility infrastructure.
Numbat, a cleantech company in Germany, will be setting up its ultrafast charging columns with battery storage at hagebaumarkt stores across the country. Customers can charge their electric cars in just 15 to 20 minutes. The project will start in 2023.
