We develop HR strategies to attract and retain qualified employees, launch training and development programmes and take other measures to promote a positive corporate culture that supports innovation and collaboration. We are responsible for the entire people journey – ensuring that everyone can develop, feel comfortable and perform at their best.

We combine Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Employer Branding, Retention, Development and the further development of the organisation with everything that is necessary for this. In addition, office and fleet management ensure electromobility at Numbat and the feel-good factor at our locations: whether in the office or the Numbat shared flat.
To make it as easy as possible for new employees to get started, we have introduced a detailed onboarding programme in which the company, the product and the individual departments are introduced. The newcomers get to know each other and the team on site in Kempten.
