In the Legal & Compliance team, we provide support in all legal matters. We ensure that Numbat complies with all relevant laws and regulations, represent the company in legal disputes and provide support with contracts, contract negotiations and other legal issues.

Signature Projects & Milestones

Last year, our Legal & Compliance department achieved significant milestones, including the introduction of training for employees, the optimisation of contract management, the proactive management of regulatory challenges and improved collaboration with other departments. These achievements not only strengthen efficiency and compliance, but also position us as a company with a robust legal foundation and a clear focus on excellence. Compliance training

Development and implementation of training programmes in which all employees are regularly trained in the relevant compliance areas. This raises awareness and understanding of legal and regulatory requirements to ensure that all employees comply with company guidelines and regulations.

Optimisation of contract management

Introduction of a digital contract management system that simplifies and accelerates the creation, negotiation, approval and archiving of contracts. This minimises risks and allows contracts to be managed efficiently.

Regulatory challenges

Proactive identification and management of new and existing regulatory requirements. This includes continuously monitoring regulatory developments, assessing their impact on the company and implementing the necessary changes to business processes. In this way, we ensure that the company is always in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and that potential risks are recognised at an early stage.
